Carly has been a wellness student, a wellness champion, a wellness leader and most importantly, real-life, in the trenches of trying to choose wellness every day; her view on wellness is radically different. Carly appreciates that wellness is a moment-to-moment choice. Wellness is for everyone, everyday, but to engage people through wellness you must create experiences that spark curiosity and sustain interest.
Carly, is sometimes referred to as a “Resident Wellness Guru” for her ability to create and foster thriving cultures of wellness. She is also known for her solutions based, creative approach to defining wellness programming that works. Carly’s fusion of evidence based programming coupled with real-life interests builds captivating experiences to drive both participation and engagement in wellness programs.
Since 2008, Carly has impacted the wellness culture in various sectors. Collaborating with over 150 partners, Carly has implemented strategic wellness programs to improve the health behaviors of thousands of people. Partnerships have included worksites, school districts, after school programs, health care agencies, community based organizations and private sector companies.

Carly, an Exercise Physiologist by education and passion, obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology in 2006 and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology in 2008. Carly’s personal mission is to inspire and empower as many people as possible to be healthy, be fit and be happy!
