- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in salad dressing shaker like THIS ONE. Shake & serve.
