POSITION: Wellness Specialist
REPORTS TO: Account Executive
STATUS: Full Time
SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
LOCATION: This is a remote position with periodic meetings in Manhattan Beach, CA. Remote privileges contingent on performance. Applicants must reside in Los Angeles, California.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Wellness Specialist is a creative and organized individual who brings energy and enthusiasm to the team! They have a passion for planning and executing office wellness programs and will be the go-to person for all things related to wellness. The role requires a balance of planning and organizing events as well as serving as a liaison between clients and vendors. Although the Wellness Specialist will have some early mornings, late nights, and occasional weekend events, the typical work hours are between 9am-6pm and only 20% travel is required. It's time to get planning and have some fun!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years experience in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
B.S. or B.A. in a health related field or relevant work experience.
Passionate about wellness and customer service.
Detail oriented, self starter and a fast learner.
Successful work history in the development of health education programming.
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize resources.
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and effectively communicate in writing and over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long and short term goals.
Proficiency with G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and various virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, RingCentral, etc.).
Proficiency with CRM Software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Proficiency with Project Management Tools (Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wellness Specialist is responsible for wellness program management, development of client wellness strategy & programming and other tasks as assigned. The Wellness Specialist will:
Develop, implement, and oversee innovative wellness programs tailored to the needs of both new and existing corporate clients.
Cultivate robust business relationships by collaborating effectively with corporate clients, carriers, and brokers to ensure seamless program integration and success.
Maintain meticulous client records, manage interactions, and uphold the integrity of program data within the CRM system for streamlined operations and effective client management.
Manage projects efficiently using ClickUp for streamlined project management processes.
Serve as a dedicated steward of client relationships, prioritizing client satisfaction, ensuring retention, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
Actively contribute to achieving organizational revenue goals by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities for program expansion and sustainable financial growth.
Create compelling marketing collateral to support both new and existing corporate client initiatives, effectively communicating the value and impact of wellness programs.
Evaluate program engagement metrics to provide insightful assessments, guiding adjustments for continuous improvement and heightened effectiveness.
Maintain compliant vendor relationships to enhance the overall quality and diversity of wellness program offerings.
Serve as a valuable client resource for population health trends, best practices, and evidence-based approaches to provide informed guidance.
Develop and maintain the company brand through digital and in person interactions.
